Delete Account and Data

Option 1: inside the app

The fastest route — deletion runs immediately and the result is shown to you right away:

1. Open Pump It Club and sign in
2. Tap Profile in the bottom right
3. Open Settings and scroll down to Delete account
4. Confirm your identity (password, or signing in again with Apple or Google) and confirm the deletion

Option 2: by email

If you no longer have access to the app or your device, write to support@pump-it-club.com. Include the email address or the sign-in method (Apple, Google, or email/password) you registered with — without it we cannot identify the account.

We review the request, come back to you for confirmation, and delete the account within 30 days.

What gets deleted

Deletion removes your sign-in account and every piece of personal data we store alongside it — permanently, with no way to restore it:

• Sign-in account including email address and sign-in method
• Profile: name, date of birth, gender, height, weight, and goals
• Food diary, custom foods, and saved meals
• Training plans, workouts, templates, and exercise history
• Activity and progress data including your weight history
• Uploaded files such as profile pictures

Progress photos are stored only locally on your device and are never uploaded to us. They disappear as soon as you uninstall the app or clear its storage.

What is retained

German tax and commercial law (§ 147 AO, § 257 HGB) requires us to keep invoices and payment records for ten years. They therefore remain stored after account deletion, but are processed only for that purpose and are no longer linked to your profile.

Deleting your account does not cancel an active subscription. Subscriptions bought through the App Store or Google Play must be cancelled there — otherwise billing continues.
