My personal Experience

I already had experience with training and nutrition. I had seen some initial success, but I lacked a deeper understanding of how to manage my weight in a targeted and sustainable way. Through intensive learning, practical application, and systematic testing, I was able to build exactly that knowledge. The result: 16 kg lost in just 16 weeks – without losing muscle mass. In fact, I became fitter, more defined, and felt better in my body than ever before.

Today, I know exactly how nutrition works and how to actively influence my weight – without restriction or constant uncertainty. I now share this knowledge through my nutrition coaching and online course, so that you, too, can benefit from this long-term ease and clarity.

No. Our coaching is focused on general health promotion. It does not replace medical treatment and is not intended for the therapy of illnesses or medical conditions. We work preventively and support you in becoming more independent in managing your nutrition.

The duration depends on your individual goals and needs. In most cases, we work with you for at least 12–14 weeks, not just to achieve short-term results, but to create lasting changes that truly stick in your everyday life.
